Where can I view my sales receipt?
Please check your email inbox for the sales receipt we sent after your purchase. If you don’t see it, kindly check your spam or junk folder as well.
How can I return an item?
• Before sending anything back, you must request a Customer Return Authorization (CRA #).
• Contact our customer service team (Email: service@maplepouches.com)
with product details and the issue.
• Customers should keep the product’s serial number, as it may be required for warranty processing.
Standard Returns
• Products must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition.
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase with an RMA number obtained from our support team.
