To ensure a smooth experience, please review our refund and return guidelines below.
Warranty Coverage
• All products include a 7-day extended warranty from maplepouches.com
• Most items are also protected by the manufacturer’s warranty, with policies and timelines varying by supplier.
• If a product is confirmed defective within 14 days of purchase, we will issue a replacement after verifying the claim with the manufacturer.
Return Authorization
• Before sending anything back, you must request a Customer Return Authorization (CRA #).
• Contact our customer service team with product details and the issue.
• Customers should keep the product’s serial number, as it may be required for warranty processing.
Exclusions
• Consumables (e.g., nicotine pouches) are not eligible once opened or used.
• Any modification or tampering by the customer will void the warranty.
• Fragile items (such as glass packaging) are not guaranteed against shipping damage.
• Clearance items are sold as-is, with no warranty coverage.
Shipping and Claims
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• If a hidden defect is found, a replacement will be provided free of charge.
• If no defect is found, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
• For lost, missing, or damaged goods, we will help file a claim with the shipping provider.
• A claim ticket will be issued for tracking.
• Once resolved, we will offer a replacement or store credit based on claim results.
• We are not liable for damages or losses caused during transit.
Standard Returns
• Products must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition.
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase with an RMA number obtained from our support team.
Additional Conditions
• Cosmetic issues that do not affect product functionality are not covered.
• If a package is refused or unclaimed, the customer is responsible for:
• Shipping costs
• Return fees
• A 15% restocking fee
